Marinated Onions (vegetable recipes)
Ingredients:
Small round onions
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 juniper sticks
Some whole cloves
Wash and peel the onions, cook in salted water for ten minutes on low heat.
Place in a mason jar and add some whole cloves, juniper sticks and cover contents with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Let sit for about a month.
Goes great with your favorite meat or as a side dish with a sandwich.
