Shrimp Salad (appetizer recipes)
Ingredients:
1 lb. of small, cleaned shrimp
3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
3 thinly sliced kiwis
salt
Pour the Extra Virgin Olive oil and a pinch of salt and let sit at room temperature.
Arrange kiwis on a platter and place the shrimp on top of the kiwis and then gently pour Balsamic vinegar of Modena over the platter of shrimp and kiwis.
