Cooked Sauce (vegetable recipes)
Ingredients: 2.5 oz. chopped parsley 1 green pepper chopped 1 chopped onion 2 cloves of chopped garlic 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Salt.
Place alil ingredients in a pan and cook on high for about 20 minutes or until Balsamic Vinegar is evaporated, making sure you're constantly stirring.
Once cooked place in refrigerator.
When you're ready to use add some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and pour over steak, tuna, eggs, boiled meats or even as a spread with bread.
