Scaloppine with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (recipes second courses)
Ingredients: 1/2 stick of butter 6 turkey fillets Flour For Sauce: 1 tablespoon of heavy cream 2 tablespoons of milk 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients for sauce together and let sit. In a frying pan meilt the butter over medium heat. Flour fillets of turkey on both sides and piace in pan.
Once turkey turn pink turn them over and pour the sauce mixture and let cook for approximately one minute.
Serve hot and gamish with some chopped parsiey.
