Estense Roast (recipes second courses)
2-3 lb. roast
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 tablespoon ofrosemary
pinch of salt.
3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons of butter
2 whole bay leaves
3 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Mix ali the ingredients in a bowl, on the roast.
Place roast in a roasting pan and let cook in the oven to toste at medium temperature. |
