"Zabaione" ice cream with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (dessert recipes)
Ingredients for 6 persons: 350 cl whipped cream eggs (1 intact, 2 eggs yolks) 300 grams of sugar 1 glass of brandy 1 glass of "Marsala" liqueur Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Using a mixer chip separately the cream with 150 grams of sugar and the eggs with 150 grams of sugar, the brandy and the "Marsala" liqueur.
Using a wooden spoon fold the eggs into the whipped cream mixture.
Put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Serve the "Zabaione" in ice cream cups or bowls with a coffee-spoon of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
