Green egg noodles with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (recipes first courses)
Ingredients for 4 people: 300 grams of green egg noodles 100 grams of bacon stesa 2 heads of Trevisian chicory parmesan reggiano cheese olive oil salt Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Wash and cut the chicory, dry it well and cut it into strips.
Sautee the bacon, cut into cubes, with the olive oil. Unite it with the chicory and cook it slowly, leaving it slightly chewy.
Cook the pasta in slightly salted water, until just done, and unite it with the sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to taste and add 2 teaspoons of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena.
Serve immediately.
