Swordfish Marinated in Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (recipes second courses)
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 swordfish steaks 1 lemon 10 threads of saffron 2 teaspoons of mustard olive oil salt and pepper Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Prepare the marinade with the juice of a lemon, a bit of olive oil, mustard saffron, salt,pepper and 2 teaspoons of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Marinate the sword fish in the sauce for 2 hours, then grill (not too close to the flame), turning several times during the cooking.
Serve immediately.
