Sauteed pork scaloppine with balsamic dressing (recipes second courses)
Ingredients for 4 people: 400 grams of pork loaf flour butter chicken broth olive oil salt balsamic dressing
Cut the pork into slices approximately 1 cm thick each.
Lighlty flour, and cook them on both sides in a heavy pan with a spoonful of butter and a bit of olive oil.
