Pale yellow colour, abundant froth, very persistent and fine sparkle, fragrant and intense bouquet of white flowers, (hawthorn, lime blossom) and fruit (white peach, pineapple...). Full fresh and occasionally acidulous flavour with a bitter fruit aftertaste.
