Mixed grapes: 42% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot noir, 13% Pinot meunier, 24% Vini di riserva.

Tasting features:
A blend of Chardonnay (42 %), Pinot Noir Premier and Grands Crus (45%) and Pinot Meunier (13%) including 24% of reserve wines. Reserve wines (average 2 years) ensure regular quality whilst preserving fruitiness, flexibility and balance.
A vintage with a surprisingly rich aroma, beautifully complex and really elegant, combining freshness and gourmandise, marvellous for an aperitif with friends, just as with an end of morning or afternoon cocktail.
Colour: Pale yellow gold.
Smell: Lively, elegant.
Taste: Fresh. Pear, honeysuckle and vine flower aromas, slightly influenced by Pinot Noir. A balanced wine and a good flavour.
When: aperitif, at any time of day.
Ageing: 2 to 3 years at 11 °
Tasting: at 7° (ice bucket)
