Mixed grapes: Sangiovese (70%) and Canajolo (30%).

Year: 2003

Tasting features:
DOCG wine from 1990 with a smashing grape dated to 1983. It is an Italian traditional wine and it represents the sample product of the Lungarotti. It is left 15-20 days in steel containers.

Ageing:
12 months in wood kettles;
it stays 3 years in bottles before being sold in order to appreciate the characteristic of the wine. If it is well-preserved it can last up to 3 years.
